Our management team consists of seasoned managers and experts whose backgrounds and experience make them ideally suited to their respective roles.
John Segura, CEO, and Founder, started RMi in 2008 after working in the credit card acquiring business for over 22 years. John has acquired invaluable experience in the Financial Services industry and with deep industry contacts has leveraged the right relationships to position RMi and its Merchants for success! John’s long history in this industry has provided the contacts and know-how to run a successful sales organization, which exceeds its goals using a variety of innovative techniques with a primary emphasis on expanding the customer base and implementing customer loyalty programs alternatives.
Having worked in this industry for over 20+ years, John has seen it all. From the days of converting paper processing merchants to (EDC) Electronic Draft Capture Systems along with the birth of Internet Stores you see today, much has changed and much has stayed the same. Our philosophy, negotiate aggressively and get the lowest costs with our vendors & partners so that we can pass the savings onto our merchants coupled with taking the time to understand the merchants needs has proven to result in long term relationships. John has also proven out this model which results in merchants actively referring their friends, which provides the lowest cost of acquisition. This basic model along with bundling the right set of products for a given niche… This is John’s strength.
John most recently led sales for Intuit’s Innovative Merchant Solutions division growing a sales team from a handful of agents to over 50 and growing sales from tens to thousands per month through as many as 15 different sales and lead generation channels.
